FAQ

Quick answers on packs, custom work, delivery, and how UVSU works—so you can move forward with clarity.

If your situation is urgent or high-stakes, start with a quick summary—we’ll point you to the right lane.

Packs & Purchases

  • A pack is a ready-to-use set of templates, structure, and instructions designed to produce a clean outcome fast—without reinventing the wheel each time.

  • Yes. Packs are designed to reduce decision fatigue. You follow the structure, fill the key fields, and you get a professional output you can use immediately.

  • Not everything is listed. If you can’t find the perfect match, choose the closest lane and pack, or enquire with a short summary. We can adapt an existing asset or build what you need.

  • Not usually. Start with one pack that creates momentum. If you’re building a system (especially for business or NDIS), you may add a second pack later to round out the workflow.

  • Yes. If you start with Lite and realise you need deeper controls or customisation, you can upgrade to Pro (or request done-for-you support) without starting from scratch.

Lite vs Pro

  • Lite is the essentials—clean templates, fast deployment, minimal friction. Pro includes everything in Lite plus deeper tools, examples, and stronger controls—best for repeat use, higher-risk work, or governance-heavy environments.

  • Choose Lite if you want a clean starting point and you’re confident implementing with minimal guidance.

  • Choose Pro if you need additional depth, stronger safeguards, more examples, or you’re operating in a higher-risk environment—compliance, disputes, formal submissions, repeat workflows.

  • Yes. Send a short summary of what you’re trying to achieve and what the stakes are (low/medium/high), and we’ll point you to the best path.

Usage, Licensing & Sharing

  • If the pack is purchased for a business, sharing internally with your staff or contractors is generally fine for operating your business. Public redistribution, reselling, or uploading templates for others to download is not.

  • Yes. You can typically put your logo, business name, and brand styling on your internal documents. If a pack includes brand elements or usage conditions, follow the notes inside the pack.

  • If you’re delivering to clients, enquire for the right licensing approach. Some assets may require a commercial licence depending on intended use.

Delivery, Files & Access

  • You’ll receive access via the method specified at checkout (typically a download link or a delivery email). If you have issues accessing files, message us and we’ll help.

  • Most packs are provided in practical, standard formats (for example: PDF instructions plus editable templates where relevant). Each pack listing will state what’s included.

  • Where relevant, yes. If you have a preferred format, mention it when you enquire or request customisation.

  • Yes—implementation support is available. If you want it installed into your workflow (forms, onboarding, website, internal systems), request done-for-you support or a Pro option where applicable.

Custom Work & Scope

  • Yes. Packs are designed to be self-serve, but we also offer custom work when you want it built or tailored properly.

  • Typically: documentation systems, SOP builds, quoting and intake flows, website and messaging structures, submissions, and high-stakes written communications that need calm, decision-ready wording.

  • You send a short summary. We clarify the objective, audience, and the required output. Then we scope, price, and deliver in a clean sequence.

  • Yes—and that’s often the fastest route. We start with a pack as the base, then tailor it.

NDIS and Compliance

  • No one can ethically guarantee outcomes. What we provide is registration-ready structure—clear documentation, practical systems, and formatting that supports strong compliance standards.

  • They’re designed to support audit readiness through clear structure and clean documentation practices. If you want an audit-aligned implementation, choose Pro or done-for-you support.

  • Yes. That’s often where customisation adds the most value—aligning wording, roles, incident flows, complaints, privacy, and governance to your real environment.

Individuals & Advocacy

  • Yes. The goal is calm structure and clear wording—so you can communicate properly, set boundaries, and move toward resolution.

  • No. UVSU provides structured communication tools and professional drafting support. If your matter requires legal advice, you should engage a lawyer. We can still help you present information clearly and prepare decision-ready material.

  • Start with the simplest summary: what happened, what outcome you want, and who it’s going to. We’ll tell you the best lane and next step.

Turnaround & Urgency

Privacy & Confidentiality

  • Yes. We treat client information with discretion and only use details required to deliver the work.

  • Only as required to deliver support and maintain continuity if you return. If you need strict handling requirements, note that in your enquiry.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned,” refunds are generally not provided for change-of-mind purchases. If something is broken, missing, or incorrectly delivered, we’ll make it right.

  • Message us quickly. If you haven’t meaningfully used the files, we’ll aim to offer a practical solution (swap, credit, or upgrade path) where reasonable.

  • Yes. Revisions are available depending on what changed and how much rework is required.

Support & Next Steps

  • Use the enquiry form for fastest routing. If your matter is time-sensitive, put “URGENT” and the deadline in the first line.

  • Keep it simple:

        1.    What happened (2–6 sentences)

        2.    What outcome you want

        3.    Who it’s going to (person/organisation)

        4.    Your deadline

  • Start with packs if you want speed and value. If the situation is complex, high-stakes, or you need it done properly end-to-end, enquire for custom help.
