Fees & Payment

• BLVD Media reserves the right to suspend or withhold work if invoices are unpaid.

Refunds

Due to the customised nature of our Services, refunds are not generally offered once work has commenced. Any refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis and at the sole discretion of BLVD Media.

Intellectual Property

• All original materials, copy, designs, and strategies created by BLVD Media remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.

• Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use the deliverables for their intended business purposes.

• BLVD Media retains the right to showcase work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Our Site may include links to third-party websites or tools. BLVD Media is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or policies of any third-party service providers.

Limitation of Liability 

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• BLVD Media disclaims liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of our Services or Site.

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the Services giving rise to the claim.

Termination

BLVD Media may terminate or suspend Services at any time for breach of these Terms or if continued engagement may harm our business or reputation. Clients may terminate with written notice, subject to payment for work completed to date.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

Changes to Terms
